As an experienced real estate professional, my responsibility is to list and sell real estate, negotiate all offers, find solutions for problems which arise in the course of a transaction, provide counsel to clients, manage a marketing campaign for my listings, and network with real estate agents for the benefits of clients.
To ensure excellence in real estate services, I have implemented an innovative new team approach to assist our clients throughout the home buying or selling process. By employing exceptional people and making them a part of my real estate team, I am able to ensure that the highest level of service is provided for all of the buyers and sellers with whom we work.
The team approach to providing better real estate services is being implemented by top producing agents throughout the country. Of course there are many ways to measure success, but the highest compliment we receive from our clients for the way in which we conduct our business is the referral of their friends, family and business associates. Scott Patrick is licensed as a real estate agent in both Delaware and Pennsylvania and happens to be a native Delawarean. Scott attended Johnson and Wales University and Widener University, majoring in hotel/restaurant management. Scott’s extensive background in customer relations ensures that our clients are provided with exceptional service. As my Sales Partner and Manager of the Buyer’s Division of Team Patrick, Scott works tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure that the goals and objectives of all of our buyers are achieved. His dedicated efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the ongoing success of Team Patrick. Scott is married to Lisa Summers-Patrick and together they are the proud parents of two sons; Scotty is five years old and Sean is three.

Susan Patrick-Musi

Susan Patrick-Musi is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Susan managed a small local business before joining Team Patrick and becoming an integral part of the success of the business throughout the 1990’s. Susan is married to Ken Musi, Broker/Owner of Musi Commercial Properties. After the birth of their first child in 1999, Susan left the business to raise their children; Alexandra is now twelve years old and Nicholas is eight. With her children now in school, Susan rejoined Team Patrick to serve as Client Care Manager in 2010. Susan works with clients as they prepare their homes to be listed and lends support to sellers throughout the prelisting period. As Client Care Manager, Susan ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of service throughout the entire course of their real estate transaction.

Bob Hill Marketing Manager

Bob Hill has worked as a systems analyst for a two-hundred-year-old corporation of 100,000 employees, a small start-up company of less than sixty employees creating websites for physicians and managing their CME program, and as marketing coordinator for a national real estate company. As Marketing Manager, he draws upon his acquired skills and natural abilities to consistently create professional and up-to-date materials for our clients. Along with outstanding organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, Bob brings to Team Patrick a strong desire to provide and maintain a consistent level of quality in support of our aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns.

Sue Gibson Office/Listings Manager

Sue Gibson is a licensed real estate agent and the Listings Manager. She enables me to provide the highest quality of real estate services to customers and clients. Sue contacts Sellers on a regular basis throughout the week to monitor all showings and provides a constant source of communication with Sellers. Sue also assists in the running of the office as Administrative Director. Sue was previously the Office Manager for a local real estate developer and prior to that she was the Administrative Assistant to the Headmaster of a local private school in Delaware. Sue’s talents enable us to continue to be the leader in the “Marketing of Fine Homes throughout the Greater Wilmington area.”

Ann Whitehead
Closings Manager

Ann Whitehead, a native Delawarean, is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Ann brings many years of experience to Team Patrick, having successfully run her own real estate practice prior to joining Team Patrick. As Closings Manager, Ann assists our clients from the time an Agreement of Sale has been fully executed to the time of final settlement. Ann ensures that all of the contingencies associated with each transaction have been successfully satisfied by the dates determined in the Agreement of Sale. Such contingencies include: home, septic, well, radon and termite inspections; the timely delivery of all deposit monies; the completion of the buyer's bank appraisal; loan approval and the buyer's mortgage commitment. In addition, Ann works with the Settlement attorney prior to Settlement to obtain all closing documents for the Sellers review prior to Settlement.

Ever since I entered real estate, my husband George has remained behind the scenes as Business Manager of the real estate business. In January 2001, however, after 34 years in the corporate world with DuPont and Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation in various technical sales and marketing managerial positions, George joined me as a partner in the day-to-day running of the business. George’s background includes a B.S. in Chemistry from Juniata College in Central Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. George’s extensive background in working with corporate clients certainly brings added strength and support to Team Patrick.
